Al Landbein...I missed Paul at Daytona because of a death in family. Paul met me at a truck stop off I-65 in Birmingham on his way back to Michigan. He installed my ramp in my 2011 Silverado Crewcab at the truck stop. You want to talk about customer service, I don't think it gets any better than that.
