Two thoughts: 1) without hesitation, I am 100% pleased with my LoadAll Ramp System, but it goes way beyond that. 2) Paul and his team simply have the best customer support, follow-up and genuine care for their customers that I have ever seen. My application was extra heavy & unusual (Boss Hoss Bike). I reached out to Paul several times prior to placing my order. Each time, Paul was thorough, helpful & courteous. Well done Team LoadAll! �
